Scheduling ManagerFull Time - PermanentSalary: £36,194 to £38,994Location: RedcarAn excellent opportunity has arisen to join our clients Property & Commercial team as a Scheduling Manager. The scheduling team operate the scheduling/forecasting systems for responsive repairs, voids, compliance, and other property related schemes and playa vital role in ensuring a positive customer experience.Requirements:* We need someone with excellent commercial acumen who will thrive in a busy, target driven environment.* You will be crucial in leading and motivating the team of Schedulers and the Administration teams, embedding great teamwork to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.* You will need sound knowledge of repairs and maintenance, Management system, or similar systems, excellent communication and ICT skills, and the ability to influence and engage with a variety of stakeholders.* You will work collaboratively with colleagues across the business developing existing systems and processes to strive for continuous improvement.
