You will hold strong communication and teamwork skills and be able to work confidently supporting individuals in a secure hospitalenvironment.Your role as a Recovery Worker will be to support the clients using the service to achieve their life goals and ambitions, to always ensure the safety and successfulness of the service is ran to the highest standard, and to work as a part of an experiencedteam. You will be responsible of managing your own caseloads of clients, and you will concentrate on their individual needs, choices, and goals. You will work with the clients to agree and develop personal, meaningful, and achievable plans which hold positiveoutcomes.
