Staff supporting this family will provide support within the family home, the shift times are 7pm - 7am.As part of the support team at Advantage you will be responsible for: Providing excellent person centred care in a sensitive and confidential manner. Understanding and adhering to care plans, seeking clarification from the healthcare coordinator or clinical lead nurse when required to do so.The service users require support with the following, assistance with mobility, feeding via peg, administration of medication as instructed in the care plan (this can include, monitoring self-medication, the prompting of medication and the administrationof medication) and personal care.What we can offer you:
