Spring engineering have an exciting opportunity for a Materials Planner/Coordinator to be part of a major project within the renewables sector. Please see below details regarding to the role:Start date - November 2022Duration - April 2025Location - Redcar, North Yorkshire.Pay Rate - CompetitiveResponsibilities:Creating and updating BOM including parts, packaging, tools and WTG componentsManaging inventory levels with 3rd party warehouse provider (inc audits and stock counts if required) - This will cover components, tools and returnable packaging etcReporting any discrepancies and QA queriesAdvising EU Supply Chain Team of any forecast shortages before they become an issue for constructionOps co-ordination role with local 3rd party waste management companyWork with transport co-ordinator and customs reps to support processSupport other requests as/when appropriateRequirements:Previous experience in a similar role (Wind useful but not essential)Knowledge of up to date UK customs processes (predominately EU flows)Proficient with Microsoft Flexibility for business needsTeamworkSelf motivatedPlease submit your up-to-date CV to be considered for the role.Spring Engineering Solutions (a trading name of Roevin Management Services Limited) acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
