Eventus Legal are seeking a Legal Practice Manager with experience to support the management team of a successful, growing law firm based in Teesside. This role is a permanent position and ideally will be full-time, although part-time hours willbe considered. Role responsibilitiesThe incoming Legal Practice Manager will be responsible for managing the operation of the Practice, primarily in the areas of HR, Recruitment, staff wellbeing and benefits, complaint management, facilities, insurance and other renewals and general organisationand development of the practice. You will directly report into the Board of Directors and take responsibility from them to help drive a high standard and efficient service to clients.There is no responsibility for finance and compliance included in this role.Person specificationApplications are sought from experienced Practice or HR Managers, with experience in a similar position, managing across multiple disciplines. It is essential you have strong HR, organisation, business and systems experience.Ideally, you will have experienced gained within another law firm. This is not essential however, and applications are encouraged from applicants with experience in a similar role in another professional, regulated organisation.We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic and highly organised individual, who is comfortable with wide ranging responsibilities and acting as an extension of management team, taking duties away from busy fee-earners.
