Job Description

About the role Are you looking to join our remarkable team of Care Assistants who spend every day making a difference to people’s livesWe are looking for compassionate, kind and supportive people to become part of our proud team at Interserve Healthcare.You must have at least three months care experience to apply.This role is to support a paediatric client, 7am to 9am, Monday to Friday to get ready for school. Duties to include personal care, manual handling, medication management, complex needs care including epilepsy and visual impairment. In addition, three evenings per week, for two hours totaling 16 hours weekly.We are recruiting for female* only care assistant for this package.* SDA section 7 appliesWe can offer you:

  • £9.00 per hour
  • Weekly pay plus holiday pay
  • Part time hours - 7am to 9am Monday to Friday, plus three Evenings per week for 2 hours

  • Excellent communication skills, written, verbal and listening
  • A caring and compassionate attitude
  • The ability to commit to regular (flexible) hours between 24 and 36 hours per week
  • At least three months experience working in care in the UK

  • Medication management

  • Experience of working with paediatric clients with complex care needs
