E&M Site Engineer

Job Summary / Performance Objective to achieve

Troubleshoot HV Power and Building M&E site troubles for projects in the factory construction phases. - Site construction with hands on experience installing HV Power and Building M&E systems.
Plan properly to catch the schedule up and try to reduce the time and cost of the construction site.
Assist in the implementation of standards, workflows, procedures and guidelines for efficient working methods within teams.
Complete the HV Power and Building M&E construction work in time possible, safe and to the highest quality possible.

Qualification

Bachelors Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
10+ yrs of construction experience (High power required-factory, High-techinfras and operational facilities, Building M&E services industries), 5+yrs of experience can apply.
Technical competence in Mechanical, Electrical, ELV, Lift and Plumbing Services
Computer Literate - Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Task & Responsibility (Routine Jobs)

Site works guiding and engineering in HV Power and Building M&E service construction as per daily progress
Supervise installation of Power Substation, HVAC, FP, Elec, ELV, FA & Lift services
Coordinate with all other trades during execution of the HV Power and Building M&E site work
Coordinate with QC to request for inspection of method, installation and material as per submittals and specification to consultant
Monitor proper implementation of HSE and Quality systems within site and highlight all concerns to the safety team(Weekly / Monthly Jobs)
Weekly progress and coordination meeting with HV Power and Building M&E contractors
Weekly progress and coordination meeting with other trades (Arch, Machinery, Fit-out, Faade, etc.)
Maintain tracking schedule of site progress to be update weekly
