We work closely as a team and support colleagues across the FSP family to deliver their projects. As team player you will focus on win-win internally and externally and there is no room for compromising on excellence or quality.As our new colleague, you may already have a consulting background (internal or external) delivering organisational business change focusing on key areas such as communications, engagement, training and user adoption. You will be supporting clients by helping to shape their culture and develop new ways of working to maximise the positive impact of the latest technologies.What we need from you is experience in leading and delivering complex change in a variety of contexts, organisations and sectors. You will be well versed with leading change models and tools, keeping an eye on new theory and development. You will be a very competent workshop designer and facilitator, having engaged and managed executive level stakeholders and being confident in presenting to large and small audiences including at executive level.Establishing credibility, building consensus and developing long-term relationships with clients alongside mobilising internal and external resources to deliver your projects is an everyday activity.Activities at the core of the role include scoping, planning, delivering and evaluating large scale organisational change. You will teach, coach and support clients in raising their capability for delivering organisational change and manage demanding internal and external stakeholders.Your expertise at uncovering, analysing and synthesising organisational needs will be critical as will your ability to create, deliver and evaluate complex communication plans and related activities. You will have designed, delivered and evaluated training including face to face, virtual and e-learning.As a growing business, our pipeline of work is obviously important, and you will be comfortable seeking opportunities for business growth with existing and new clients and contribute to the completion of tenders, statements of work and proposals.Our employees organise their own schedules and workloads and you will manage your time and projects to meet internal process and customer requirements.In terms of interpersonal skills, you will be an engaging verbal communicator and gifted writer who expresses complex ideas in simple ways. You are a networker, comfortable initiating business development conversations and an outcome-focused problem solver, able to work with ambiguity and demonstrating tenacity and persistence until the job is done. Working across multiple internal/external projects concurrently will not be new and you take workload challenges in your stride.Our office is in Reading but our consultants are based from South Wales across to East Sussex and London.
