Job Description

Customer Service Advisor (Nights)Location: Clayton Le MoorsSalary: £20,000 + great benefits + progression • Do you have strong customer service skills• Are you an assertive problem solver • Are you flexible with working hours• Do you like the idea of having 4 days off a weekIf so, we really want to hear from you!This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of an exciting team and make the most of your customer service and problem-solving skills aswell as, your confident communication skills and excellent attention to detail. Tasked with managing transport services for customers in the UK as well as coordinating and liaising with teams and colleagues throughout the UK, your main responsibilities will include:• Respond to all operational customer requirements by booking emergency transport services within pricing agreements• Manage, monitor and track all transport services in operation using an internal system• Record and escalate any issues that may affect the safe or timely running of an operation, working within agreed KPIs• Maintain effective communication with Coordinators during the running of all operations to ensure that any required actions are put in place or escalated• Liaise with external agencies as necessary to obtain required information (emergency services, Network Rail, DVSA, local authorities, rail user groups)• Manage the provision of stand-by vehicles and record any changes• Completion of paperwork involved in the day to day running of the department• Work closely with all other departments to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the businessHoursThis will be a 24 hour operation with the current shift pattern being 4 days a week at 7pm-7amYou will be given 4 days off between your weekly shifts to accommodate the longer days you would be working.Applicants must be able to demonstrate the ability to communicate to a high standard both, written and verbal, strong customer service skills, the ability to work with limited supervision and enjoy working within a fast-paced, reactive team.Benefits include• full training• modern offices and location• Free travel pass (upon completing probation)• Company share options• Life assurance• Pension builder• Dress down• Kitchen facilities• Pay progression and opportunities to develop a rewarding careerIf the above is of interest, then click to apply!
