Job Description

KFS Recruitment Ltd is growing! KFS is a boutique recruitment agency that specialises in placing permanent financial staff across the UK. We are pretty unique, in that all of our staff work from home and are able to choose their own working hours, based on their personal commitments.We were finalisists in 2021s prestigious award for Specialist Lending Recruiter of the Year and we have a strong name in the market.We are looking for a permanent full or part-time Administrator to join our busy, proactive and friendly team.Ideally, you will be based in Essex, as you will be working closely with our Ops Manager, who is based in the Rayleigh area.Operations ExtraordinaireAs an Operations Extraordinaire, you will focus on supporting the effective day to day running of the recruitment business, working closely with the Operations Manager.Working as part of a small, enthusiastic and busy team, you will help keep operations running smoothly by undertaking a broad range of activities including, but not exclusive tothose listed below.This is a fully remote role, although you will have the opportunity to meet up with the team and work together at least one day per week.Responsibilities:

  • Data input on to the new recruitment CRM system
  • Ensuring candidate and client records are kept up to date
  • Ensuring the client spreadsheet is kept up to date
  • Ensuring candidates have a consultant assigned to them
  • Ordering office supplies and business cards
  • Write, advertise and update the Reed job adverts
  • Write, advertise and update the Linkedin adverts
  • Liaising with external contacts, such as Marketing companies, in relation to website content and management
  • Order marketing materials
  • Order office stationery
  • Manage the company Linkedin page
  • Manage the company Instagram page
  • Sending good luck cards to all new starters prior to their start date
  • Create a log / calendar for specific client birthdays and special events, and add the dates to a company Moonpig account
  • Assist with Christmas cards and gifts for clients - including, ordering, compiling, checking addresses and arranging postage
  • Assisting with event management, for various national expos and award ceremonies.
This role can be offered on a full-time or part-time basis.
