Job Description

Adecco are proud to be working with a well established Company who are looking for a German Speaking Customer Service Advisor to join their growing team.Location: Rayleigh Salary: £12 - £14.00 per hourWorking days: Monday - Friday 9am-5pm Job role: German Speaking Customer Service Advisor Role Overview

  • Responding to email and telephone product enquiries
  • Must be able to fluently speak German to allow you to respond to customer queries.
  • Liaise with internal teams and departments to ensure the customer service issue is resolved quickly and efficiently.
  • Recording and updating the system accordingly
  • Deal with both inbound and outbound calls
Skills and Experience
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is required.
  • Excellent telephone manner.
  • You will need to be an organised person for this role.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Fluent spoken and preferably written German is required for this position
