Job role: Maintenance Engineer Salary: £35,000-£38,000 DOE Location: Raunds, Northamptonshire Hours: 6:00-14:00 Mon-Thurs, 6:00-11:30 Fri / 13:30-22:00 Mon-Thurs, 10:30-16:00 Weekly Rotation Job Type: Full Time, Permanent The Company: Interaction Technical have partnered with a global, market leader for printing solutions on their search for a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their team based in Raunds, Northamptonshire. Our client has been established for over 80 years and has becomea household name in the label printing industry, offering digital printing solutions for small and large organisations all over the world. The Benefits · Salary between £35,000-£38,000 dependent on experience · Overtime paid at time ½, double time on Sundays · 28 days holiday including bank holidays · Pension Scheme · Healthcare Scheme - BUPA · Free Health shield - optician/dentist appointments etc · Ongoing commitment to progression The Role · Minimise production downtime, by carrying out routine scheduled maintenance (PPMs) and respond to unplanned breakdowns within the stipulated timeframes. · Carry out both planned maintenance and reactive breakdowns to plant machinery efficiently and effectively. · Ensure that production operations maximise output and minimise downtime safely through regular planned maintenance. · Respond to unplanned breakdowns in a timely and effective manner, working alongside engineering and production colleagues to minimise disruption. · Diagnose and repair equipment breakdowns · Carry out all work according to company procedures and Health & Safety Policies The Requirements · Previous experience working as a Maintenance Engineer within a manufacturing environment (essential) · Multi-skilled Electromechanical Engineer - Mechanical Bias preferred (essential) · Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulic and Pneumatic capabilities (essential) · Relevant Electrical/Mechanical Qualifications (City & Guilds/NVQs) - Advantageous · Knowledge of PLC systems (advantageous) · Full UK Driving License required Interaction Recruitment have specialist consultants across the majority of industries within the UK, including but not limited to, Finance & IT, Technical & Engineering, Industrial, Commercial and Hospitality.
