Job Description

* Weekly end to end payroll processing* Process pension schemes* Ensure compliance with statutory requirementsA Leading retailer are seeking to hire a Senior Payroll Administrator to join their payroll team. Key Responsibilities:* Manage the weekly, end to end payroll process, ensuring the accuracy of data entry.* Process the company pensions scheme accurately.* Reconcile all payroll information with the companys accounting systems and manage reports.* Respond to enquiries from staff regarding all payroll matters and maintain employee records.* Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including PAYE, pensions, and other deductions.* Identify areas of improvement in the payroll process and suggest solutions.Technical Skills Required:* Proven experience working with Payroll systems and some knowledge of implementing systems.* Working knowledge of payroll legislation and regulations.* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.* Detail-oriented and organised.* Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.If you would like to know more about this role contact me via email.
