Job Description

We are looking for an experienced, personable, and motivated HR Project Manager for an initial 3 month contract assignment near Manston, Kent.The main aspect of the role will be leading with staff consultations to help manage the process of a change with their contracts.Requirements for the position.

  • Previous experience within a HR Business Partner or Employee Relations lead position
  • Strong project management background
  • Managing consultations from beginning to end
  • CIPD qualified
  • Candidates must be happy to work on site which is based in Manston, Kent.
Position details;
  • £300 per day
  • 5 days a week onsite in Manston which is non-negotiable
  • Due to the location applicant must be able to drive
  • Willing to undertake an Enhanced DBS and CTC check prior to starting
