Overview A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Childcare Paralegal to join a thriving, exciting and dynamic Childcare Department in Rotherham, with opportunities for hybrid working. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious and enthusiastic candidate who wantsto join a firm that has genuine progression routes. Manage a small case load of files and straight forward care proceedings
Proactively support the Child Care Lawyers with the progression of client matters
Assisting with preparing client statements
Contacting experts
Drafting and preparing applications
Covering straightforward hearings

The ideal candidate

A minimum of 1 years hands on paralegal experience within a family or childcare department
The ability to deal with sensitive matters
Able to work both independently and as part of a team
