This business boasts an amazing customer experience with 4.5 Rating on Google from 317 reviews.Benefits * Basic Salary up to £28,000* £1,000 a month bonus (uncapped)* Bonus depending on new business & upselling.* Company Pension* 20 days plus bank holidays* Monday to Friday* ONLY 2 in 4 Saturday morning* Full training provided & manufacturer* Career Progression OpportunitiesWhat you will be doing: * Greet customers that come into the dealership, establishing rapport. * Consult with customers to identify and understand their service or repair needs, documenting accurate and detailed information. * Collaborate with technicians to recommend appropriate services, repairs, and maintenance based on vehicle condition and customer requirements. * Provide detailed and transparent cost estimates, explaining recommended services and addressing customer questions or concerns. * Schedule appointments and coordinate service assignments with technicians. * Maintain accurate records of each customers visit, including service requests, repairs performed, and parts used. * Offer additional services, maintenance packages, warranties, or accessories that could enhance the customers vehicle. * Prepare invoices, explain charges to customers, and process payments efficiently. * Resolve customer complaints, warranty claims, or disputes promptly and in a professional manner, collaborating with the service team as needed.
