Job Description

We are a retailer and distributor of ceramic tiles, established for over 40 years. We continue to grow by providing excellent levels of service to our customers. We import our tiles from Italy and Spain, ranging from price competitive ranges through to the best Italian porcelain. Please see our website for more about us: bcceramics.co.ukWe are looking for a delivery driver for our Gillingham, Kent branch.The role will involve:

  • Stock transfers to our other branches
  • Deliveries to our customers - tradesmen and the general public
  • A typical day will involve a relatively small number of deliveries, but significant manual handling of tiles as required by our customers
    • The successful candidate will:
  • Enjoy providing high levels of customer service to our customers, with a friendly, can-do attitude
  • Have experience driving a large (7,000kg) van
  • Have completed the CPC training to be able to drive a large van.
    • Previous experience driving a forklift would also be helpful, but not required.This role is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for playing a key role at the heart of a long-established and growing small business to work within a great team.Please apply for more details.
