Job Description

Simple Recruitment are looking for a Vinyl Installer and Applicator for a permanent opportunity with our client in Radstock.The Job:Joining a creative design-sector organisation, you will be installing and assembling exhibitions, displays, produces, or equipment according to customer specifications.You will have a strong understanding of vinyl materials, adhesives and application techniques, and will have a problem-solving approach to technical issues during installation. This will involve utilising specialised tools and equipment, such at heat gunsand cutting tools. You will also ensure adherence health, safety and environmental requirements.You will communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide update, to ensure a high standard of service delivery and customer satisfaction. You will also communicate with colleagues to ensure the smooth running of installation projects.The Salary:Up to £26,000 per annum (depending on experience)The Hours:Core business hours are 8am to 5.30pm Monday to Thursday, and 8.30am to 4pm on Friday. However, there will be travel as part of this role, including some weekend/overnight travel.About You:You will have previous experience in applying vinyl graphics, wraps and signage to different surfaces, and will be proficient in the use of vinyl cutting machines, heat guns, and other installation tools. With a professional and problem-solving approach,you will be able to work to a high degree of accuracy. You will also have strong communication and customer service skills, and will be able to work well as part of a team. Experience within the exhibition industry would be highly advantageous.
