Quality Manager (Precision Manufacturing/ CNC) Radstock £30,000 - £40,000 + Pension + Holiday + Training Are you a Quality Manager looking for a stable position where you can make a real impact on the business On offer is the opportunity to join a well established business in an interesting and varied position with a friendly company who have managed to stay operational throughout the current global crisis. This company are a well established precision engineering company that have many years experience delivering quality products and services to its wide range of clients. They are ISO9001 accredited and are now looking for a Quality Manager to help them maintain their reputation for high quality products. In this role you will be based in the Radstock workshop to lead the quality department to ensure that all products are manufactured to the companies high standards, along with internal procedures and processes, while also ensuring that products meet the customers specifications. The ideal candidate will have experience as a Quality Manager, Quality Engineer, Quality Inspector, or similar. You will also have experience in a precision engineering environment. It would also be beneficial but not required to have a machining background and/or an engineering apprenticeship. The Role: *Monday - Friday - 39 hours *Adapting the procedures and processes of the company *Ensuring the products meet the companys high standards & customer requirements *Developing a culture of continuous improvements and quality focus The Person: *Prior experience as a quality manager or similar *Background in precision engineering environment *Previous experience in machining or an apprenticeship in engineering is beneficial but not required *Commutable to Radstock or willing to relocate.
