Therell be some personal care and medical appointments too. But where possible, the rest of the day is down to them. Youll support their decisions on whatthey eat, wear and do that day. It could be arts and crafts, exercise, community groups or even days out. From family visits to fun at the beach, youll enable the moments that matter.Theres no upper age limit. And no experience neededalthough if youve done something similar before, all the better. But you will need a listening ear, friendly personality, and passion for people. We want you to feel as comfortable as our residents.So, if its needed, youll have a full induction, a mentor to shadow and a great team on hand.
