Employability Engagement OfficerPermanent Full Time, 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per yearRadstock, Mid Somer Norton region Salary£22,953-£26,609 a year CMD Recruitment is working to support our client in Bath for an Employability Engagement Officer The post holder will work within the Community Learning team supporting individuals and employers to identify and address skills gaps. The role will entail recruiting learners to Adult Education courses in the College with a key focus on boosting employability skills. This role will have the postholder working closely with the various referral partners, adults, and employers across the region to support effective employability upskilling. Recruitment targets will be in place to ensure that AEB funding is appropriately utilised and learners are excellently prepared for employment or additional progression routes Based primarily in Somer Valley you will actively promote the employability provision across the county and work with local organisations and employers to help local adults progress into work and training.
