A dynamicCustomer Service Advisor required for afast paced company based in Rackheath.Our client is a successful supplier based in Rackheath.They are a leader in their sector and have a huge focus on customer service.Working as a Customer Service Advisor for our established client you will be ensuring a high standard of service level is delivered at all times. The role will initially be for 3 months on a fixed term contract basis but may well be extended into a permanent role for the successful person.Basic salary £18,500 with an achievable commission earnings of approximately£3000 a year.The Customer Service Advisor Main Duties are :• Accurately taking customer orders and processing• Up selling of our products and grow new business• Maintaining and developing sales to the existing customer base• Working through a Call Diary on a daily / weekly basis• Creating strong, professional relationships with customers• Raising credits for customer if appropriate• Managing price increases on all product• Dealing with over counter queries from customers in an efficient manner• Dealing with orders processed through the mobile app• Ensuring high standards of customer service at all times.The successful Customer Service Advisor will have:• Previous experience within Customer Service in an office environment• Call Centre experience would be advantageous• Outbound calling experience• Good IT skills with efficiency in MS Office• Excellent telephone manner• Strong communication skills – verbal and written• Able to record data correctly on a CRM/DatabaseIf you are looking for a fast paced role with in Customer Service with an immediate start please apply now or contact Maxine Ettridge or Andrea Makings on .
