Mechanical Maintenance SupervisorHighly Competitive SalaryLocation: LoughboroughHours: 48 per weekShift: 5on 4off (Days and Nights) We are currently recruiting for a qualified Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor to at our location in the East Midlands, close to Loughborogh, This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to join a large blue chip company with fantastic development opportunities. The successful provide an effective link between the Operations and Engineering team. Delivering a high level to quality to varied Mechanical Engineering related activities. You will be working closely with all members of the engineering team, reporting directly to the Mechanical Maintenance Manager. Ensure all tasks are effectively carried out. Provide supervision for the Mechanical Maintenance engineers, whilst providing technical expertise in mechanical systems and health and safety processes and policies. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate proven experience working within an Industrial, Factory or similar environment as a Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor. As well as possess good communication skills and have a real desire in developing both engineering and supervisory skills.
