Job Description

SF Recruitment is working with a high performing manufacturing company that has seen a huge surge in demand. They are looking for an experience fleet administator/coordinator to join the team on a 6 month contract.Job Description *Proactively controlling and influencing the service relationship with customers based on a full understanding of their needs and requirements. *Responsible for the receipt of customer orders and accurate input of orders into the appropriate computer system. *Monitoring the progress of orders and working closely with despatch to ensure customers are kept informed at all times. *Establishing forecast volumes at first point of order and chasing new opportunities for sales We would expect the successful candidate to be experienced in customer service and ideally using Apollo and SAP.. What you need to succeed - Planning or scheduling experience within an Industrial or Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain environment - Ideally from an Industrial or Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain company - knowledge of Health & Safety. - knowledge of transport systems (Although full training will be given for this system) - Good communication skills are essential with the ability to express empathy with customers - Excellent written and verbal skills are essential. Monday to Friday - 8:30-5:30pm 6 month contract
