Our client is a successful independent financial adviser firm that offers trusted and professional financial advice across the whole UK.Established in early 2001 it provides individuals and business owners with an exceptional service and they are passionate about the financial services industry.With a team of dedicated professional financial advisers, they help their clients make informed decisions about their financial future. They are fully independent and help clients to build an investment portfolio, create a tax-efficient retirement strategy provide mortgage and protection advice.They are now seeking to appoint an experienced Compliance File Checker to join their expanding team in the Loughborough area. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic and growing firm where you will be able to build your career in a great working environment.Initially it will be a part time role, but for the right person, they could consider full-time.The role will involve checking all business submission files in accordance with established compliance standards and to provide appropriate feedback to the individual advisers as required. You will be responsible for checking all categories of cases and recording the results on the system. Performing annual compliance reviews and or as required.Ideally you will have experience working in an IFA firm, together with a sound knowledge and experience of pensions, protection and investment products. Ideally you will have or be working towards Diploma level 4 qualification. You will be able to work on multiple tasks and projects at one time. You will possess good communication skills and be willing to develop your skills and knowledge.In return there is a salary of c £30k FTE, depending on experience. Pro-rated down for part time.
