Our client are a successful independent financial adviser firm that offers trusted and professional financial advice across the whole UK.Established in early 2001 it provides individuals and business owners with an exceptional service and they are passionate about the financial services industry.With a team of dedicated professional financial advisers, they help their clients make informed decisions about their financial future. They are fully independent and help clients to build an investment portfolio, create a tax-efficient retirement strategy provide mortgage and protection advice.They are now seeking to appoint an experienced Administrator/Mortgage and Protection Paraplanner to join their expanding team in the Loughborugh area. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic and growing firm whe you will be able to build your career in a great working environment.Duties will include:• Liaising with Advisers, Mortgage Advisers, Lenders, Solicitors and Estate Agents• Data Inputting, answering inbound telephone calls and communicating via email• Processing of new applications in preparation for the lenders/underwriters• Distribution of actual Mortgage offers and helping Advisers and clients reach completion• General administration duties will include dealing with the inbound and outbound post and file scanning.You will be expected to comply with FCA regulations, check that cases meet all internal and external regulations etc.Compliance with company standards and policies, e.g. Data Protection, Financial Crime, Treating Customers Fairly, Complaints Procedure etc.• Other ad hoc administrative duties as required including appointment booking etc and ad hoc projects requested.You will be working in an open plan (Socially distanced) Office environment Mon - Friday 9 - 5.30pm. Some occasional home working may be possible but the nature of the business requires office attendance.You will need to demonstrate Financial Services administration/mortgage processing experience.
