Overview and Responsibilities Bank/Casual SEN Teaching AssistantLocation: Quidenham, Norwich, NR16 2NZHourly rate: £11.72 - £12.53 per hourdependent on experience(plus 13% holiday pay)Hours: Flexible / casual hours availableAurora White House School and Aurora Eccles School:We’re currently looking for a Bank Teaching Assistants to join our team. The successful candidate will support our studentsas needed across thetwo schools.What is bank/casual workOur bank staff usually cover staff sickness, holiday and busy periods and they are able to choose what days they want to work, giving them a great deal of flexibility.Part of the Aurora Group, Aurora Eccles and White House schools in Quidenham, Norwich provides day placements for students aged 6 to 16 years primarily with communication and interaction difficulties or specific learning difficulties such as dyslexia. Somemay be on the autistic spectrum or have anxieties and difficulties that create barriers to learning.With small classes, a maximum of 10 students and a minimum of 3 staff per class you can focus on the needs of each student.
