MET Strip Fitter / Mechanical Electrical TrimLocation: NewportSalary: up to £27000 Basic plus Bonus ,Hours: Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30am - 5:00pm.We are currently recruiting for a fully qualified and experienced MET Strip Fitter / Mechanical Electrical Trim or a Vehicle Technician for a reputable large body shop based in Newport.This is a superb opportunity for a vehicle MET Strip Fitter / Mechanical Electrical Trim to work in a busy and thriving workshop with strong earning potential.Role: You will be working within a busy and vibrant environment working on a variety of vehicles from volume to prestige vehicles.You will be stripping and refitting vehicles to a high standard - Carrying out diagnostic procedures, wheel alignments, and various other procedures associated with MET in a large accident repair centre which means meeting BS10125 standards.Do you have the skill sets to make a differenceRequirements - Must have experience as a MET Strip Fitter / Mechanical Electrical Trim or Vehicle Technician Expierence.Ideally you will hold an NVQ level 3 in MET Strip Fitter / Mechanical Electrical Trim or the equivalent ATA accreditation though the main requirement is experience and skillset, so we will look at time served experienceIdeally you will hold a full UK driving licence but not essential.We deal with all aspects of the motor trade so if you have experience then we will be keen to have a chat.Currently also positions available for experienced VDA Estimators, Paint Technicians and Panel Beaters.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentConsultant - Jordan OConnorINDBSRef - OC10508Octane Recruitment are a leading Automotive Recruitment agency.
