All of this is delivered by our agile and forward-thinking team.Benefits: Private medical insurance, increasing annual leave with service, additional annual leave salary sacrifice scheme, employee discount platform, med24 digital GP, EAP, Bike2work & more.Job Purpose: To assist in the overall production and despatch of customer orders whilst also ensuring the stock holding matches the amount that is on the system.Responsibilities- To assist with general workshop production, including unwrapping and re-packaging of the doors, door sets, sorting deliveries by placing them in the appropriate bins, and checking details on labels to ensure that they are correctly sorted.- Checking for damaged or missing items.- Conduct regular perpetual stock takes in the warehouse.- Will be required to move stock around by hand, using lifting gear or a forklift truck.- General warehouse duties including housekeeping duties to ensure cleanliness and H&S of the site is always maintained.- Operating a range of woodworking machines.Skills and Experience Required:- Experience working within a warehouse or production environment is beneficial.- Heavy lifting and manual handling are required.- Counterbalance forklift licence experience required.Personal Attributes:- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and team focus.- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, listening and communication skills.- A calm, level-headed approach, working well under pressure.
