Required: As soon as possible36 hours per week, all year round This is an opportunity for a highly organised and effective administrator to play a key role in one of the UKs leading schools.Working with the Registrar and Senior Admissions Secretary and as part of the Communications and Development team, you will be integral to all aspects of the admissions process from open days to assessments to the transition of new students. You will provide a professional and comprehensive admissions service and ensure that all prospective families receive a positive impression of the School. This will include maintaining the enquiries database, dealing professionally and efficiently with telephone, email and face-to-face enquiries and coordinating arrangements throughout the admissions process.Committed to delivering first class customer service, you will be able to build positive relationships with stakeholders and prospective parents.
