In your role, you’ll be playing a critical part in ensuring this remains true.So, if you are ready for your next challenge, and if you want to support us in achieving our goals as much as we want to support you in achieving yours, we’re waiting to hear from you.The RoleAs a Talent Development Administrator, you’ll be the glue that brings together all the strands of our learning, development, leadership and talent programmes.You’ll be providing mission-critical support to the delivery and management of these programmes and ensuring their success through your endeavours.As an integral part of the People Team, you will:
  • - Support the co-ordination of venue, examination and travel bookings
  • - Help to co-ordinate learning invitations and evaluations
  • - Build positive relationships with learners and staff
  • - Identify and lead improvements to administrative processes
  • - Provide administration support to the Head of People & Performance and their direct reports
  • About YouTo be considered as a Talent Development Administrator, you’ll need:
  • - Experience of working in an HR or people-based role
  • - Previous experience of working closely with multiple internal stakeholders to meet challenging deadlines
  • - A recognised qualification in business administration or equivalent experience
  • - Knowledge of LMS systems
  • - Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience of working in the digital and/or technical sector would be beneficial to your application. Required skills
