Location: Derby Salary: £23k Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday (Hybrid working available)Position: Onboarding Case OfficerHours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (Hybrid working available)Overview:Join the dynamic team at Mortgage Advice Bureau, the leading UK intermediary. As an Onboarding Case Officer, youll play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless integration of advisers, firms, and lead sources into our organization. Your primary focus willbe safeguarding the business by meticulously evaluating applicants and mitigating associated risks.Responsibilities:Liaise with key stakeholders (business owners, regional managers, applicants) on regulatory matters.Conduct thorough internal and external assessments of all applicants.Assess applications to minimize risk and manage associated concerns.Address applicant inquiries in a direct and approachable manner.Uphold a professional image representing the company.Conduct comprehensive referencing for all applicants.Execute due diligence procedures for advisers.Manage agency numbers and adviser trading documents.Oversee the ongoing management of adviser agency details, including processing transfers and changes in licensing authority/lender authorisations.Maintain accurate adviser and business records internally and with providers throughout appointments.Perform additional administrative duties as necessary.ESG Responsibilities:Embrace and embody, which forms the foundation of our culture and guides our decisions.Adhere to the Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) strategy, ensuring compliance with regulatory and ethical standards.Uphold the core values of "Be Awesome," "Break the Mould," "Share the Love," "See Things Through," "Use Your Voice," and "Deliver Wow" in daily practices.Requirements:Strong attention to detail.Inquisitive nature and tenacity.Ability to work within deadlines and targets.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Dynamic, solution-oriented approach.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.Resourcefulness and proactive issue resolution skills.Strong organisational abilities and the capacity to work under pressure.Experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential; full training will be provided.Diversity and Inclusion:an equal opportunities employer committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
