Job Description

Lettings Accounts Administrator - Derby - up to £30kThis is a great opportunity to join a leading, multi branch, independent Lettings agent who have been established in the Derbyshire area for many years. They are looking for a Lettings Accounts Administrator who will be handling the accounts reconciliationprocess to include daily rent reconciliation, landlord/tenant/contractor payments.Main duties for the Lettings Accounts Administrator Role:

  • Posting rent, deposits and administration fees received onto tenants’ accounts
  • Paying Landlords
  • Assisting landlords and tenants with account related queries
  • Posting and paying contractor invoices
  • Assisting with the preparation of landlords’ monthly statements
  • Bank account reconciliations
  • Protecting deposits with the DPS and transferring funds
Requirements:
  • Accounts experience essential
  • Experience working in Lettings
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good IT skills/CRM systems. Knowledge of Vebra Alto would be advantageous, although training given
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative
