Job Description

Do you have Internal Communications experience, and are you seeking a new job in the DerbyCulture Recruitment Group is working with a collaborative client who is looking for a part-time Internal Communications Manager and the role comes with an attractive salary of up to £35,000 and benefits package.As a flexible Internal Communications Manager, you will deliver internal communications outputs that contribute to overall business plans.To give you an idea of how this flexible role would look and feel, here are some of the things you could expect to do:

  • Devise and execute the Internal Communication Framework for the client - including researching and deploying a best practice approach to internal communications tools and techniques.
  • Manage multi communication channels
  • Provide communication planning support to internal stakeholders to ensure that all employee engagement, wellbeing initiatives, change programmes and key parts of the clients proposition are planned, scheduled and communicated in timely fashion
  • Write copy in an engaging and informative way for multiple audiences
In terms of experience, you will have:
  • Proven internal communications experience including introducing best-in-class channels and techniques to a business
  • Excellent planning, copywriting and editing skills
  • Worked with and influencing stakeholders up to and including the C-Suite
  • Managed multiple channels - online and offline for a diverse organisation
  • Delivered communications to field-based / remote / offline workforces
