We are recruiting for an experienced FNOL Insurance Claims Handler for a market leading Insurance company based in Preston Brook. As an FNOL Insurance Claims Handler, you will ensure that work is correctly prioritised; have good problem-solving skills to overcome issues using appropriate solutions; accurately record claims data using the system and to instruct suppliers and make payments.Your FNOL Insurance Claims Handler primary duties include:

Ensure that business goals are achieved

Drive the claim to a successful outcome

Technical skills to deal with all manner of situations competently

Assist in resolving multiple issues, for example, liability or quantum disputes

Skills for the FNOL Insurance Claims Handler:

You will offer a collaborative, thoughtful and helpful approach and have a desire to hit targets, reduce claims costs and to provide an excellent customer journey.

FNOL Insurance claims experience is essential

Apprentice Level - External NVQ qualification to be undertaken

A good understanding of motor claims processes

A strong understanding of motor insurance policies

Relevant claims insurance qualifications

Experience in the insurance industry an advantage

The Package:

£18,000 - £21,000

Annual bonus of up to £5,000
