Care Support Worker Torbay, DevonOur Client Garry is a man in the prime of life, he loves football, computer games, films, photography and going to the pub.He is moving to his own home soon and he needs Care Support Workers to help him lead the most independent life that he can.Garry is deaf and uses BSL to communicate. He has a number of health needs and wants your help to stay well.Sometimes Garry finds life hard and he can become frustrated, he needs your help to cope with all the challenges that life throws at him. Sometimes Garry can become angry, he has some difficult days and he needs consistent support from people he trusts and who he can develop positive relationship with.Garry would like to interview Care Support Workers to work with him to support him to lead the life that he wants.If you’ve got a British Sign Language qualification and the drive to make a real difference through enabling work, this is an outstanding opportunity to support a deserving person and enhance his life.
