Job Description

Were working in partnership with an industry leading print business. Established over 60 years ago they are a pioneer within the marketing and communications side of the industry. Based at their Preston Brook site, theyre looking to bring on board a full-timeapprentice to support the needs and requirements of the print department.This opportunity is ideal for someone looking to begin a career in the printing sector. Within the role youll be given full support by the British Printing Industry Federation to complete a 3-year apprenticeship and set you on the path for a successfulcareer within print.This is a full-time apprenticeship, you will be working Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 4.30pm within this position.The Role

  • You will be trained on the safe use of a variety of print equipment
  • Youll gain skills which mean youll be able to plan your own workload to meet production deadlines, maintain the equipment so its in safe working order, set up equipment based on the task in hand ready for use, and maintain health and safety within abusy production environment.

Salary + BenefitsThe salary for this position is £15,000 per year, plus once fully trained youll also get a shift allowance depending on the shift pattern you begin to work on.Plus fantastic benefits including a fully funded Print qualification as part of the apprenticeship, leisure and well-being benefits, competitive holiday allowance (25 days plus Bank Holidays), and more.Please forward your CV for immediate consideration for this role.All appointments are subject to a DBS disclosure and financial check.My client is an equal opportunities employer.
