Job Description

2x Business Development ExecutivesUp to £30k basic with circa. £45k guaranteed OTE + car allowanceWeve partnered with a leading IT Managed Service provider in the North West, the company is question has been operating for more than 25 years and are currently rapidly expanding with 2 Business Development Executives.These guys love to promote from within, numerous success stories detail top salespeople within the organisation rising up the ranks having no IT experience - this role could be the start of that same journey for you.Previous sales experience in IT is not necessary, they want people with character, coachability, and confidence to learn and grow within the organisation (very clear sales progression in place, expected 6-12 months into full closing role).Dedication to customer service, personality and work ethic are the key considerations for this company.Responsibilities:

  • Working with the Business Manager to define a success strategy.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service; this is of paramount importance.
  • Spending time problem solving with existing customers.
  • Working with the Technical team to deliver customer requirements.
  • Account management and continuous engagement within valued long-term relationships.
  • Setting agreed KPI’s with your business manager and managing your own behaviours.
  • Setting a defined new business strategy in collaboration with the designated business manager to generate new business accounts.
Skills:
  • 1 Year Customer Centric’ B2B sales experience (New Business/Account Management/Customer Success).
  • Ideal but not essential, understanding of the industry.
  • Strong organisational and proposal writing skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport instantly.
  • A proactive approach with ability to use initiative and manage without authority.
  • A UK Driving License.
