Business Development Executive responsibilities will include:* Working in collaboration with the Business Manager to define a strategy for success.* Provision of exceptional customer service; the foremost requirement within this responsive business* Spending time with customers to understand their problems and challenges and working collaboratively with the commercial team to solve these problems.* Working with the Commercial team to understand the services our client deliver to designated customers and identifying opportunities for service uplifts and contractual renegotiations.* Account management and continuous engagement within valued long-term relationships.* Setting agreed KPIs with your business manager and managing your own behaviours.* Setting a defined new business strategy in collaboration with the designated business manager to generate new business accounts.Desirable Skills and Experience for the Business Development Executive:* 1 Year Customer Centric B2B sales experience in the UK.
