Job Description

A fantastic opportunity to join and become a crucial team member of a small, but growing travel company located in the North West of EnglandWe are in search of a Digital Project Manager who is eager to take on the exciting challenge of building and significantly enhancing our companys digital capabilities. This role is not just about managing current systems but is a pivotal part of our strategyto drive the business forward using innovative digital solutions.The role would ideally be Responsibilities:

Digital Capability Development:** Lead the initiative to expand and improve our digital presence, from website development to sophisticated API integrations.
Strategic Project Management:** Undertake web design and development projects with a focus on technical excellence and strategic vision.
RestAPI and Technical Proficiency:** Implement and manage RestAPI connectivity and possess a broad understanding of internet, intranet, extranet, and client/server architectures.
Process Optimisation and Innovation:** Continuously evaluate and enhance digital processes, aligning them with the latest industry standards and innovations.
Developer and Supplier Coordination:** Manage inhouse developers and third-party suppliers, ensuring efficient completion of projects.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:** Work closely with stakeholders, translating their needs into effective digital strategies and solutions.
Cost Management and Negotiation:** Excel in managing project budgets, negotiating with suppliers, and performing due diligence on new technologies.
Multi-Project Coordination:** Juggle multiple projects, maintaining efficiency and motivation within the team.

Requirements:

Passion for Digital Innovation:** A strong desire to build and develop digital capabilities, driving the companys growth and success.
Project Management Expertise:** Solid background in project management, with a focus on web development and digital technologies.
Technical Skills:** Proficiency in CMS, RestAPI, and a solid understanding of various web architectures.
Strategic Thinking and Problem-Solving:** Ability to think strategically and solve problems effectively.
Communication and Organizational Skills:** Excellent communication and organizational abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple projects and teams.

Workplace/hours

Ideally hyybrid or office based. Will consider a home based role (allowing for some flexibility to attend head office on occasion)
Working hours: Mon-Fri. 0900-17.30 (a degree of flexibility with start time possible)

Benefits

Salary: £50,000 - £70,000, depending on experience.
