Job Description

Here at Johnnie Johnson Housing, we are now looking to recruit an Asset Improvement Officer to support the Assets and Compliance Team in delivering an outstanding service to Johnnie Johnson Housing Residents.Assisting in the updating and maintenance of the Asset databases, including stock condition data entry, you will ensure that assets and compliance is accurate. You will work with Leaders to support our financial payment processes and produce KPIs, options appraisals and management reports.You will be required to oversee all aspects of customer satisfaction reporting in relation to assets and compliance works and maintain the approved Contractor list for Asset Management co-ordinating approvals including Pre-Qualification Questionnaires in accordance with company processes.About youWe’re looking for candidates who are qualified to minimum HNC or equivalent with experience in reporting, delivering outstanding customer services and a sound understanding of KPIs, with knowledge of financial payment processes. With the ability to use a range of IT systems and packages, including Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams, you will have excellent analytical skills, identifying trends and reviewing policies and procedures to ensure consistency across the Assets and Compliance Team.About usJohnnie Johnson Housing is a not for profit housing association, housing over 8000 residents across the North West, North East and Yorkshire and Derbyshire.
