Gi Group are currently recruiting a Warehouse Operative to join our well established client in Portbury.Hours: 8am-4.30pmPay rate: £10.99 per hourO/T available - £16.49 over 7.5 hours per day and SaturdaysLocation: Portbury, BristolReporting to: Warehouse ManagerOur client is looking for new talent to join the company as they start to expand as lock down restrictions are lifted. You will be part of a very friendly and welcoming team and if successful will be offered a permanent position. There are some great opportunitiesto progress and relocate (if desired)Your duties as a Warehouse Operative will include:- Prepping gas cylinders- Ensuring cylinders have correct labels and product codes- Checking cylinders for defects/damage- Moving gas cylinders around warehouse (Pallet truck and manual handling training provided)- Scanning cylinders to be returned to customers using in-house systemThe ideal Warehouse Operative will:- Be punctual- Be looking for a long term position- Have warehouse experienceMust be able to speak basic EnglishIf you wish to apply or if you would like further information, please contact Katie on or .
