If you’re an experienced people manager who has knowledge on Transport compliance, then we want to hear from you!We are looking for an experienced Distribution Shift Manager who can support the Distribution Manager to lead and motivate our driver colleagues. You’ll be involved in a wide variety of tasks from HR, keeping a well-rounded approach to employment relatedissues to ensuring our drivers are taking regular breaks to keep within the working time directive to using your local area knowledge should a drop need rerouting with support from our planners. The position will be customer facing both internal and externalwe need someone with an ability to resolve any issues to ensure our reliable reputation is maintained.To join us in this role, you need to be keen and willing to take accountability of our fleet and workforce. You’ll need to have knowledge from CPC (management national/ international CPC prefered) and strong understanding of transport compliance reinforcingthe importance of getting the job done timely and safely.
