Made at Welcome BreakRamada Bristol West Hotel, Gordano M5 Services, BS20 7XGFull Time PositionHourly rate:£10.90phFantastic benefits and discounts, free parking & great career opportunitiesAre you a friendly, welcoming person Ready to join a hard-working hotel team and build a career If this sounds like you, you could make a fantastic Supervisor at one of our Ramada Bristol West Hotel.You will work as part of the hotel team to make sure we give all our guests in the Bar or Restaurant or Room Service a Warm Welcome through to a Fond Farewell. Youll be able to do this by being fanatical about delivering quality service to our guests 24/7,365 days a year. Customer safety is also extremely important to us, as part of the role, you will ensure H&S, Fire and Food Safety standards are adhered to guarantee the safety of our guests when in the bar or restaurant.Its fast-moving, fun and rewarding and in return for giving guests great experiences, well support you on your own career journey.   • Supervise and inspire our Team Members.
  • Maintain high standard of cleanliness and streamlined operations
  • Maintain inventory
  • Attend to any customer needs, opportunities, and complaints in a prompt and satisfactory manner.
  • Conduct guest satisfaction checks on the floor.
  • Deliver all mandatory obligations relevant to the front of house dining.
  • Ensure workplace health and safety and Covid-19 safety measures are met.
  • Other duties as required by management
Your experience
  • Experience in a hotel environment is desirable but not essential.
  • A desire to work hard and have fun.
