Job Description

We believe our people are the best in the business, they are friendly, expert and professional.Salary: £19,700 - £25,300 per annumLocation: Portbury West Dock, BristolWorking Hours: 4 on 4 off (06:0018:00) OR MondayFriday (40 hours per week)Main purpose of the job:This role is an integral part of the buyer experience team at the centre. Lead great in-person interactions with visitors to sites. Organise prompt and accurate answers to queries submitted by phone, in person or through email/Salesforce. Offer high levelsof customer service and quality resolutions to buyer, seller, and third party queries and disputes.Main responsibilities:

  • Handling all buyer-facing interactions
  • Manage and co-ordinate responses to queries submitted via Salesforce or email
  • Resolving customer queries, claims and complaints face-to-face, by phone and in writing to a high standard, in line with BCA policy
  • Supporting the development and improvement of the customer experience at site
  • Escalating more complex issues to the relevant co-ordinator or manager
Skills and experience required:
  • Competent Microsoft Office and Salesforce knowledge
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Confident administration skills with excellent attention to detail
