Experienced Transport / Commercial Vehicle Fitters neededOur client is a well-known international Environmental Contractor with a wealth of experience in steelworks facilities globally, and across the UK. We are currently recruiting on their behalf for Transport / Commercial Fitters (apprenticeship served), for a long term / permanent contract, based in Port Talbot. You will be working on repairs and maintenance of the mechanical, electrical and pneumatic aspects of commercial vehicles, HGVs, 4X4s and vans in a busy workshop environment. They currently operate a variety of shift patterns, including days and 4 on, 4 off.Essential criteria: * A background in working with commercial vehicles is essential * Apprenticeship served * Experience of working on mobile / construction plant is desirable * A basic knowledge of welding * A current valid drivers licence * An ECITB Site Safety Passport is desirableSuccessful applicants will be subject to a pre-employment drug and alcohol test.
