Job Description

Job Title: Sales ExecutiveLocation: Home Based (Travel to Ammanford and Loughborough)Contract: Full-Time, PermanentAre you a motivated and commercially driven Sales Executive with a passion for driving sales growth in the advanced printing industry Hoop Professional Services, on behalf of our client, a leading organisation in the field of Inks & Coatings, is seeking atalented Sales Executive to join their talented team.Responsibilities:

  • Identify and drive current and new sales growth opportunities, focusing on Inks & Coatings.
  • Work closely with the Sales and Marketing team to strengthen the companys brand and portfolio.
  • Achieve sales objectives against the annual budget to deliver revenue and profitability goals.
  • Develop and maintain long-term business relationships with clients, understanding their needs and aligning internal resources to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Negotiate sales contracts, terms, and conditions, ensuring successful deal closures.
  • Provide pre-sales technical assistance, product education, and after-sales service to support customers throughout the sales cycle.
  • Continually review costs and sales performance to meet budget targets.
  • Contribute to marketing initiatives, including improving brand awareness and social media presence.
  • Represent the company at trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings, delivering sales presentations and demonstrations.
  • Contribute to the development, testing, and launch of new products.
  • Stay updated on industry developments to identify competitive advantages and product enhancements.
  • Travel to various locations, including customer sites, and events.
The candidate:
  • University degree or college diploma in a technical/engineering field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in a technical sales capacity within the advanced printing sector.
  • Strong hands-on sales ability with a high level of commercial acumen.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Experience in a manufacturing development environment is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Salary: Highly Competitive
