Job Description

Internal Sales Administrator - Renfrewshire- Salary £22,000KAre you an experienced within Sales Administration Do you have experience working within a tight-knit team, servicing clients all over the world Are you interested in working for a company with excellent development opportunities that have a globalreachI amlooking to speak to experienced sales administratorfor a new opportunity with a global business based in Glasgow. This role will support continued growth within the department and offers great opportunities for long-term learning and development. Ideally,you will have experience building and maintaining customer relationships, providing excellent service and advise as well as being commercially minded.This is a full-time, permanent position, working core business hours Monday to Fridaywith a competitive salary available.Are you who we are looking for

  • You have experience within a sales administration role
  • You have an understanding the industrial/engineering/manufacturing sector
  • You have strong communication skills both written and orally
  • You enjoy working within a fast-paced environment
  • You are commercially minded,
  • You are able to complete basic proposal preparations and order processing
  • You are able to build and maintain strong business relationships with key clients
  • You are motivated and driven to learn and develop your career further within a growing business
What is the day to day like
  • Reviewing all quotations and enquiries
  • Sourcing and interacting with sub-vendors and other parts of the wider business
  • Detailing and costing of services
  • Preparation of detailed technical and commercial offers
  • Liaise with clients regarding any technical queries
  • Review client purchase orders
  • Ensure PO is in line with quotes provided
  • Assist on contract administration, purchasing and production throughout the full process
