Are you interested in kick starting your Teaching career as a Cover Supervisor Are you able to offer extensive support across the schoolReed Education are looking for a knowledgeable, engaging & motivating Cover Supervisor to provide classroom support an exceptional school in Tower Hamlets. Our Education division are currently working with excellent schools in the London borough of TowerHamlets to manage their recruitment and supply service. This service will support Early Years provisions, Primary, Secondary and Special Schools within the Borough with a variety of roles relating to Education from teaching, teaching assistant, tutor, coversupervisor to all non-classroom-based roles.This is a brilliant opportunity for an enthusiastic and engaging Cover Supervisor, to gain experience in fantastic schools across the borough. The ideal candidate would be fully qualified with experience, have exceptional teamwork skills and a proven trackrecord, and be able to start in September.ROLE: Supervising classrooms where the regular class teacher is absent. Ensuring behaviour policies are adhered to. Reporting all safeguarding concerns to the designated safeguarding lead. Providing a strong classroom presence to manage behaviour and ensure a safe learning environment. Collecting completed work after the lesson and returning it to the appropriate teacher/department.REQUIREMENTS Degree qualification or Higher-level teaching Assistant qualification Experience as a Cover Supervisor or teaching support experience within KS3 & KS4. Enhanced DBS Demonstrates commitment.
