The school is actively searching for a skilled and certifiedteam member capable of excelling independently as well as in a collaborative environment.Primary responsibilities for this position include:

• Ensuring a well-structured, neat, student-friendly, and engaging learning setting.
• Providing one-on-one and small group instruction in Literacy, Numeracy, and Phonics.
• Actively involving students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and promoting their participation in lessons and the curriculum.
• Collaborating with the classroom teacher to provide progress feedback.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Relevant degree or qualification.
• Experience working within a school environment.
• A good understanding of special educational needs is desirable but not essential.
• Level 4 TA qualification desirable, experience as TA encouraged to apply.
• A driving license.
